Where a client has paid fees in advance and chooses to discontinue the research service before completion of the subscribed period, any refund, where applicable, will be calculated on a proportionate basis for the unexpired period, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and the terms agreed with the client.

The request should include the client’s registered name, contact details and relevant subscription/payment information to enable verification and processing.
3. Educational Programs or Resources
Where educational programs, courses, workshops or learning resources are offered separately from research services, the applicable cancellation and refund terms, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase or registration.
Where educational resources are included as part of another service without a separately charged fee, no separate monetary refund will be applicable to such resources.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In case of a duplicate payment, incorrect payment or other payment-related issue, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, eligible amounts will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment gateway/banking processing timelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
6. Regulatory Requirements
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to restrict any refund, cancellation or other right available to a client under applicable SEBI regulations or other applicable law.
Where there is any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and a mandatory regulatory requirement, the applicable regulatory requirement will prevail.
